How often should construction progress be photographed?+

Monthly works for slower phases. Two visits per month is a strong practical baseline for an active build, while weekly coverage suits fast-changing phases or projects that need frequent stakeholder updates.

Will each construction visit match the previous one?+

CCAP plans repeatable viewpoints and framing so changes are easy to compare. Exact positioning can vary with airspace, site activity, weather and safe operating conditions.

How do clients receive their work?+

Edited files are delivered digitally. Ongoing projects can use a private ShutterShip portal so site updates stay organized and easy to share.

Is roof documentation a certified inspection?+

No. CCAP supplies detailed visual documentation of visible roof areas. It is not a roofing, engineering or building inspection.

Can every requested flight proceed?+

No. Weather, airspace, permissions, site safety and Transport Canada requirements all matter. If conditions are unsuitable, the flight is rescheduled or a practical alternative is recommended.
